If I were my own best friend... 
i tried this yesterday. i smiled at random people I interacted with….in line for coffee, at the store, in the parking lot on my way to the car…and you know what, i think it brightened other people’s day AND it somehow brightened mine as well. A smile is a powerful thing. 🙂
It is powerful. Imagine if everyone just smiled at each other a few more times each day. How much brighter would your day and everyone else’s be?? I am so happy you tried it. I did too (but it resulted in a crazy guy at the coffee shop asking me to move in with him). 🙂
