***No hidden message here (even though there could be), we’re just going to keep it simple today: STRETCH. When is the last time you took 10-20 minutes and actually did some nice, slow, good-for-your-body-joints-and-muscles, stretching?
If you are anything like me it’s been a while since you did some good stretching and I have to say my stretching routine has been sporadic at best. So I am going to make a public commitment to myself, right now, that I will stretch at least 4 days a week for the next 4 weeks. Anyone care to join me??

Hey… that’s a little more than stretching, I think. At least my moderately sore calves are sending me that message right now.
